Despite a year-on-year decrease in global TV market demand, Samsung's continuous expansion of its high-end brand series positions it favorably to maintain its global lead for the 18th consecutive year.

On the other hand, LG Electronics dominated the OLED TV segment, with shipments totaling 2.0368 million units in the first three quarters of this year, holding a remarkable 55% market share globally. Specifically, LG secured a 60% market share for OLED TVs with a screen size of 75 inches and above. In August this year, LG introduced a series of wireless OLED TVs featuring 4K・120Hz wireless transmission technology, aiming to meet the growing consumer demand for large high-end TVs.

LG Electronics achieved a total TV shipment of 16.2978 million units, including OLED and LCD TVs. In terms of sales revenue, LG's global market share reached 16.4%.
