On the evening of May 18, Samsung held a new product launch conference in China and launched three new smart TVs for Chinese consumers, the most notable of which is the flagship series of QLED 8K screen, Q950TS.
Q950TS TV supports high-end display technologies such as full array backlight, black panel, wide color gamut color rendering volume and adaptive image, with a resolution of 7680 × 4320. The infinity screen has almost all frames removed. The Q950TS screen accounts for nearly 99% of the total, and the body thickness is only 15mm.
There are two loudspeakers on each side of Q950TS, bottom and top of the screen, all of which are full power audio systems, supporting the new OTS + (object tracking sound +) and active voice amplifier technologies. Through OTS + technology of audio and painting, it can analyze intelligently, make sound and picture match more, and bring clearer 5.1 surround sound. The Q950TS TV also supports the new generation of Samsung quantum dot 8K AI processor and the upgraded AI imaging technology. Even ordinary video can show a display effect of nearly 8K picture quality.
As for the price, there are three versions of Q950TS QLED 8K screen: 65 inch, 75 inch and 85 inch. The prices are 49999 yuan, 69999 yuan and 99999 yuan respectively, which will be officially launched on June 1.
