The main reasons why the Samsung TV not working are:
1. The power cord is not connected properly or the power adapter has no voltage output.
2. There is no voltage output from the switch transformer in the TV, and the surrounding electronic components are abnormal.
3. The power board is abnormal or the switching power supply module (IC) is abnormal;
4. The remote control has no electricity or is damaged; the keys on the TV control panel are damaged or leakage;
5. The motherboard and CPU circuit are abnormal;
6. The high voltage board, Y board, buffer board, etc. have a short circuit phenomenon.
Samsung TV has black screen but with sound
1. Check whether the Samsung TV is connected to the power, whether the power button is turned on, if it is not turned on, turn it on.
2. Check whether the power button on the TV remote control is pressed to turn off the TV that makes the TV in the standby state. You can press the "power" button on the remote control to switch to the working state.
