awol vision appears to be trying to defraud its customers,Has the same thing happened to anyone else?

I saw that someone purchased the VIVIDSTORM UST ALR screen on awol vision's website,
but after receiving the screen,they found that the product picture and the product label were different from that on VIVIDSTORM's official website.
Awol vision's after-sales staff replaced him with a real VIVIDSTORM SCREEN.
So I'm also worried if the VIVIDSTORM screen I bought from awol vision is a fake?
