I have removed the left screw of the VIVIDSTORM screen.

I have removed the left screw of the VIVIDSTORM screen, and now the screen cannot be opened. How can I restore it?
It is advised that you should never open any screws of electric products ---- from a very regretful person😭😭😭

why did you remove the screw?

it could be that the tension now is not balanced & it could be the reason why it's not opening or it could be other reason

Have you tried putting the screws back on? If you can't put it back, you can only contact their professional and technical personnel to solve it.

I tried to fix it myself, and the result was a broken cord in the motor. I contacted VIVIDSTORM staff and they said that if there is a problem, contact them first and not take apart the screen by yourself.
My screen did not work, but the VIVIDSTORM model gave me a 10% discount, so I bought a new one and was able to enjoy my home theater again.
