First, the two TVs are positioned differently. the LG A series TVs, including of course the LG A2 vs. LG A1, are entry-level OLED TVs. So if you want an affordable and economical OLED TV, they are the right choice.
But the LG A2 is no HDMI 2.1 interface, the maximum support for 60Hz resolution.
LG C1, on the other hand, has 4 HDMI 2.1 ports that support HDMI VRR / FreeSync / G-Sync.
After reading LG A2 vs. LG C1 TV Review, you may get to know that LG C1 is a better choice for game players. But the LG A2 has the same good picture quality as the C1.
